Who runs this site

"Support Map" is a free, independent project — not a government institution. There is no separate registered company behind it; we treat it with the same privacy care as if there were.

What data we process

Facility directory: names, addresses, phone numbers and emails of public facilities (education, health, social and child protection). This is organizational data, not personal data about children or parents, collected from publicly available sources.

Correction submissions: when someone fills in "Suggest a correction", we store the message and, if they leave it, the email address so we can reply by hand. That field is optional.

Technical logs: Cloudflare (our host) logs IP addresses and requests by default for security and site stability. We run no analytics or tracking cookies of our own.

Admin audit log: every change to a facility records the editor's email, the time and the action, for accountability within the team maintaining the database.

What it is used for

Solely to maintain and improve the accuracy of the directory and to respond to correction reports. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Third parties involved in running the site

The site uses Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Fonts (typefaces), and OpenStreetMap/CARTO via Leaflet (map tiles). While browsing, your browser sends standard requests to these services; each has its own privacy policy.

This policy may be updated as the project grows; the date above always reflects the latest change.
